Town of Tolar

Nestled across the southernmost tip of the Mok'raza peninsula and the adjacent island, this town is generally considered neutral. While within Troll territory, it serves as an important trade hub for the Trolls. They begrudgingly allow foreigners here (albeit under heavy watch) due to the necessity of trade.
