Lumis
A distilled energy source, glowing with artificial brilliance. Powers Lumitek, which is high-tech gadgets, weaponry, and general lifestyle improvements ultimately powered a form of Anima known as Lumis. It’s directly harvested via machines from the surrounding environment as well as harvested on foreign land and piped in. The stronghold of this is in Hoshizora, Isetsu. The secrets of Lumis/Lumitek and its workings are tightly guarded and incredibly difficult (bordering on impossible) to reverse-engineer. The penalty for leaking Lumitek secrets in any way is death - but also includes the death of any family and known close acquaintances of the perpetrator. Lumitek is said to be useless outside the sphere of influence of a Lumitek reactor, all of which are found within Hoshizora.
