Cogspire
A representation of the marvels of Gnomish engineering, Cogspire is a city built to look like a giant spinning cog. In its center is a large shaft that reaches for the sky, with conically-shaped cog at it's apex. It is located in the northernmost reaches of Vaelora and is populated primarily by Gnomes.
