A fierce and costly battle between two opposing sects of [[Humans]] within the capital of [[Ruins of Dawnvael|Dawnvael]] over strong disagreements within the government between [[The Dawnkeepers]] and [[Zorathians]], which spiraled out of control and plunged the area into an all-out civil war. Tens of thousands died, the city and area surrounding it was destroyed and corrupted into what is now known as [[Duskvael]]. During all of this, word spread that [[Zhulgar Trolls]] took the disaster as an opportunity to attempt to wipe humans from the world entirely, killing many more than originally thought.
